The owner, John Klink, has a BS degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University. John worked in the corporate world for twenty-five years giving him professional knowledge in running a strong and competitive business that provides quality services.
Operating a family-run business has offered him the opportunity to extend that personal touch that makes his customers happy and satisfied with his services.
Arborwood Construction has been serving the Greater Houston area since 1989. The company has grown over the years based on our reputation and referrals from past customers. Our mission is to provide quality service for our customers with scalable services for large or small projects. These services include general household repairs and improvement projects–to major home additions. We have received approved vendor status with three major real estate companies in the Houston area supporting their relocation services and assisting their clients with home remodels to suit their needs. We understand the value of home ownership and we are dedicated to offering our customers expert and exceptional services.
We also have a base of real estate agents that use our services for preparing houses and correcting defects from inspection reports. Arborwood Construction is a member of the Greater Houston area BBB and currently have an A+ rating. We are fully covered with liability insurance for all employees and subcontractors, in addition to Worker’s Compensation for our employees. Most quotes are without charge, determined by the requirements of the project.
